Newtownmountkennedy School

Bernadette has been working with us at Newtownmountkennedy P.S. for the last year providing classes in mindfulness, meditation and sound therapy. Bernadette has worked with pupils from our mainstream classes and our autism classes. Bernadette has a warm, caring and positive nature.

​She has built a lovely rapport with our pupils and for many her visits are the highlight of the week.

​Bernadette has also provided sound therapy and guided meditations to our staff as part of our wellbeing initiative. The feedback from our staff and pupils has been very positive. Bernadette's classes are very enjoyable as well as being beneficial to our emotional wellbeing. We hope to continue working with Bernadette going forward.
