Ben did several separate sound baths with our 5th and 6th year students before their  exams this year. Anxious students came away from the sound bath with clarity that helped them in their oral exams which was arranged during the same week.

The quality of the workshop was excellent. I, myself, have been present throughout many workshops with Bernadette and have often found myself better connected, engaged and present in my daily life afterwards. I couldn’t recommend Sundara enough for workshops for yourself or your young people.
