Bernadette has provided Sound Therapy for us here in St.Aidan's for over a year now. She interacts very well with the individuals and is very adaptable to the needs of our service. Everyone really enjoys the Sound Therapy sessions and are so relaxed afterwards. The individuals have really benefited from having this therapy. We look forward to it every two weeks.

We attended sound therapy for 10 weeks. We thoroughly enjoy sound therapy. We were able to relax and really engage with the different sounds. We were able to use some of the instruments in some sessions with no problems and try all the sounds that we liked. We really like it and would recommend it.
