I learned Reiki from Ben during Winter, a time of darkness, but Ben made that Winter feel light. From the moment I entered her training room I felt comforted by her presence and snug in the learning environment she created. I could see that Ben is passionate in teaching Reiki and she allowed her creativity and personality shine through her teaching.

When I first met Ben a little over a year ago, I was in quite a low place in my life for various reasons. From the moment you meet her, and indeed any time you are in her presence, you feel safe, accepted and loved - like being wrapped in a warm, cosy blanket.
In the year I have known her, I have attended Ben's sound baths, countless meditations and I have proudly achieved Reiki level one in February. I hope to continue to achieve my level two with her in the new year. I trust Ben completely, so much so that my children have also completed their Reiki level one and mindfulness with her. It is by no means an exaggeration when I say she is an angel in disguise. She truly is a beacon of light, shining the way for you when you feel your light has dwindled, and helping you to rekindle your own inner sparkle. No where on her website will you see a mention of miracles, nor would she ever claim to, but for me she has been a miracle worker, a true friend and someone I have been honoured to get know. From D.D. I did Reiki 1 with Ben in January and I have to say it is hands down the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. What an amazing teacher where I now know how to handle stress and protect myself in toxic situations. It’s definitely changed my life. I also go to Ben for other treatments which I have to say are amazing. The ear candling is just fantastic. Less reliance on pain killers and antibiotics- thank you Ben From C D I completed my Reiki level 1 with Ben on the 28th/29th January 2023. Ben taught me with such ease & a genuine love for what she does. You walk into the room & leave as if you’ve known Ben all your life. She’s an incredible woman & Teacher who truly has a passion for sharing her knowledge. I came away from the weekend of learning Reiki like a new person - and a million times lighter & calmer in my mind.
I completed my Reiki Level 1 training with Bernadette at Sundara Selfcare. I found the training to be a lovely experience, everything explained and taught well and all questions warmly welcomed. I left with great knowledge of Reiki and a passion for Reiki passed on from my now Reiki master Bernadette with support always there long after completion. Also the Manual given helps me constantly in my practices as I practice Reiki on my myself, friends and family which constantly amazes me and brings great healing.
From FM. I decided to train in Reiki Level 1 with Ben a year ago and this has been a life changing experience for me. From the moment you meet Ben you will be overcome with a sense of calmness and peace. You will be welcomed with open arms and an open heart into a place where you can accept yourself and grow in your own confidence and abilities. Once the path is cleared you can do great things ! Ben is a funny, caring , no bullshit kinda gal whether you decide to try her many treatments (blissful massage ) or engage in her trainings you could not ask for anyone better. Ben

I then seen you advertising for your one on one introduction to Meditation..... I was blown away, the peace I found during your guided meditation left me so happy and hopeful. The wonderful experiences I have had in so many of your guided meditations since have brought such healing and such peace! As you know I purchase my favourite ones from you on recording and have powerful healing Meditations on the beach. Thank you ever so much for passing your healing on, you are both light worker and inspiration and I am so grateful to have crossed paths with you and your wonderful services on my healing and spiritual journey |
