I did Reiki 1 with Ben in January and I have to say it is hands down the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.   What an amazing teacher where I now know how to handle stress and protect myself in toxic situations. It’s definitely changed my life.  I also go to Ben for other treatments which I have to say are amazing.   The ear candling is just fantastic.   Less reliance on pain killers and antibiotics- thank you Ben

I completed my Reiki level 1 with Ben on the 28th/29th January 2023. Ben taught me with such ease & a genuine love for what she does. You walk into the room & leave as if you’ve known Ben all your life. She’s an incredible woman & Teacher who truly has a passion for sharing her knowledge. I came away from the weekend of learning Reiki like a new person - and a million times lighter & calmer in my mind.
